    With “work from anywhere” being the new norm, we may have greater flexibility, but let’s be honest, the boundaries are blurred. If you work from home, you may not have clearly defined “work hours” and designated “personal time”. If you work remotely (where every barista knows your name), you may get pulled in many different directions and face many new distractions that weren’t part of office life. Whatever your daily circumstances look like, we can all agree that carving out dedicated “me time” is probably pretty low on your list, amiright?

    We know, we know, there’s a million other things to do, but the truth is, if you’re not taking care of numero uno, you’re probably not going to perform your best anywhere else.     Start by upgrading your most often used products, like cleansers, moisturizers, foundation and lipstick, to clean alternatives. Slowly but surely, you’ll start to replace everything with healthier options because they work better, and they make you feel better.

    TAKE A LONG SHOWER

    We are not promoting wasting water. But we are promoting present moment awareness in your most private self care rituals. The shower is likely one of the only places that you’re ever really alone, (unless you have a toddler). Take this time - even if it’s 10 minutes - to slow down.
